Yes! Thank you for this, Mary. I have made meditation a priority this year. Even 5 or fewer minutes make a huge difference in my day. It really does help.

Agree! It’s so transporting. When I was pregnant and overwhelmed (and a new mother and overwhelmed), I took really long breaths. It was also a little gift I felt I was giving my daughter.
