Trying to go back and read some of your work, a bit at a time, sink in trying to give up the “work addiction” this one was pinned so I started here! I don’t remember if I skimmed it before, but you really do such a great job summarizing large works and relating across them. And damn you’re wise… I DO focus on the problems! I know it’s in order to get to the solution but I get addicted to the describing of the problems (perhaps). Keep being amazing!

It’s sometimes hard to see the bright spots but I keep trying. I could definitely relate to how we seem to focus o. The problem rather than the silver linings. It’s a struggle everyday but I make sure I always show up gratefully for another chance at trying.

It’s so easy to focus on the problem! It feels like that’s what we’re supposed to do! All we can do is try 💪🏼

Thank you for sharing, Mary! Love the concept of Bright Spots. The cool thing is, the more you look, the more they start to appear. 🌟

RIGHT??! Just like stars when you think it’s too dark and none are out, the moment you see one, you start to see a million….
